enhancing l gears

is it worth up grading my gears using hammers i have limited budget and cost for upgrading l gears are quite high

i heard the rng is bad. but is it really that bad. i mean i can buy ten hammers vs the cost of one upgrade

Depends on what equipments you are enhancing, but normally Hammer will have lower success rate than you enhance via Blacksmith.

for Tier 3 Legend EQ, totally not worth for you to enhance using hammer as the success rate only 5%, in the same time, you can get 80% success rate if you enhance using Blacksmith.

can you check this thread. for tier one calypse someone said the same amount of jelly as per your chart and admitted in the end that he was wrong

This link you posted in the comment above. I have also explained why it's outdated.

Also tables, not charts. These are accurate and was made by Jeezus (cmiiw) as information for DNSEA prior to the patch.

Xenocho Regarding Jeezus Tier 1 table attached on the reply by Moderay, the jelly amount is wrong unless spacem didn't update his gearsim but I doubt so.

According to gearsim, we still use the 12 jellies for +11 and +12 and 18 jellies from +13 to +20.
I don't have any character to try enhancing Calypse Tier 1 with so there's that.
