    I'm not going to complain, I'm going to DO what is supposed to be done in this thread. To give my humble suggestions to you guys.
    I'm no game management team expert, I'm just a guy with a bit of common sense with an anime looking character as my profile picture.

    Now then, PLEASE.....
    listen to us, listen to our feed backs, ask for our feed backs. Don't let this relationship between you and your players, stay like this.
    Many players, have been posting complaints from many different social media sites, forums, and discord servers about how bad Eyedentity is.
    People make mistakes, from time to time, Eyedentity SEA server's team isn't excluded from that. We understand if you make mistakes.
    But repeated mistakes every patch, will get annoying. You guys sets 10:00 to 15:00 every patch dates, I think this should be the time to CHECK and to make sure everything that you added
    to the game, will function well. This time is also the best time to check EVERYTHING that is commonly used in game. Not only during MAINTENANCE DAY. The DQ, daily tasks, weekly tasks, quests, IMPORTANT NPCs, items that are commonly used and.... NESTS/LABYRINTH, etc.
    You can extend the time, as much as you need. I think the majority of people playing in sea server, would prefer to have a GOOD gameplay, with minimum amount of bugs and problems (since there will always be bugs, glitches, problems), instead of FAST
    update patches with bugs and problems along with it. And yes, I know people will be complaining a lot if you extend patch allotted time, but I'm telling you, it's better to be like that.

    Ask for our feed backs, communicate with us. There will be stupid suggestions every now and then, but make sure you take note of those IMPORTANT and GOOD suggestions/feed backs.
    We want this game to continue it's service. We love this game. Regardless of the reason why people plays this game, it is important for us. Please listen, and if you make mistakes,
    don't be ignorant about it, don't let us get affected by the mistake as well. If you don't like giving compensations, then try to make less mistakes or INFORM US AHEAD OF TIME if ever there's a mistake that you can't update/fix as of the moment.
    Sometimes I ask myself, does ED even play this game themselves? do they check the game, or they just mindlessly transfer the patch updates. Do they care about what players will think? or how many players will be affected of these simple mistakes?

    Communication is the key. I believe you can do this Eyedentity, I'm trying my best to believe that you're not milking players, and then suddenly leave us and end the game service.
    Prove me right, pls.

    What my esteem is mrpotatom, is that it seems that they do not have a team to collect concerns and suggestions as in other games, maybe they do, but it seems that they do not do their job as they should, for the reasons that only they will know. also it seems that their team is not big enough to, in the case of updates, finish them quickly without any inconvenience, this is just a meaningless comment for me (yet) I'll wait to see what other forum members say, Greetings

      1 point about your comment: "I think that Eyedentity completes its update patches faster than Cherry Credit", I think that the fact that Cherry Credits will last longer by finishing the patches is because they made sure that there were no subsequent errors with them. which it seems that ED can not do, maybe because it does not have any group of people in particular to make the first tests of the patch before placing it completely, which can lead to a number of bugs that may arise from the "pre-verification" of the patches.

      Am just looking forward for the M&G outcome, i'll wait until end of the year whether if they really do consider/implement about ppl thoughts and suggestions.

          I heard you can actually send this kind of dispute to support, they might hear you out well there too besides posting here, its also a good option
