It simply means you have not enough RAM for DN SEA to function properly. I solved this problem by adding another extra 4gb ram and I didnt meet this problem for more than one year already.
Maybe closing other apps, including background apps, would help."Internet is full of trolls and idiots."

Or this link to be exact

That isn't with your RAM, it is rather the fault of your version bit of your operating system, DN had problems with 32-bit operating systems since level 90 cap, or worst, from previous caps.
i am assuming that you are running a 32-bit version of windows operating system, if i am wrong, ignore my advice. but if you are, read my suggestion below.
To solve this problem, upgrade your operating system of any version of windows into 64-bit, this has solved my problems a long time ago, i suggest you to upgrade to windows 7 professional/ultimate 64-bit
in order to avoid this problem further.
Also, install anti-virus programs onto your computer system, especially the ones that are proven to be effective in detecting any malicious files, programs that are installed without your permission, this is because you have rather visited a phishing site that could ask you to download something like a "Extension" program from your browser, this will instead, inject a virus onto your computer that you wouldn't even know, and this might cause you to have data leak whenever you're connected to the internet.
Anti-virus programs that you buy are more safer, efficient and proven to be better than actually cracking anti-virus programs you find on the internet, it is rather unsafe and could have risks in it, if you can't or doesn't have the funds to do so, SmadAv is your friend, it isn't a really reliable anti-virus for surfing, but it will detect any malicious programs or viruses on your computer, its free and still proven to be reliable by many.
changing too many settings on your computer just to solve this problem might cause you more than 1 problem in DN, its probably a better choice to upgrade your version of operating system into 64-bit OS, there are a lot of versions out there that you can use for free but rather you may call it "Pirated" i am not promoting piracy, i am just merely stating that you can use it, but you don't have to if you are against piracy.

As other said, add more RAM to your system. To utilize a RAM of more than 4 GB, you're going to need 64 bit version of Windows.
If the error occurred in a 8 GB RAM system. It means your current RAM size still cannot satisfy your daily needs. Be reminded that DN is not the only one using your RAM. Background Apps, System Apps, drivers, etc. are there too to eat memory. If you are a heavy user. Doing a lot of multitasking. Got a browser running, discord there, Steam on the background, recording something, rendering something, and got some crap driver implements(Nvidia Experience, AMD settings, Xbox DVR, AMD ReLive, or Shadowplay. . .etc ), and hell a lot of other stuff, 8 GB won't be enough. Those shites eat up a lot RAM when they all add up. 16 GB would be suffice for today's applications daily needs. 32 GB is even better, some more headroom will lessen the need of virtual memory, less stress to your secondary storages.
And just to add, I'm STRONGLY AGAINST the use of virtual memory as it may cause "disk thrashing". Sorry to those who are suggesting it. It just won't cut as a good solution.

its the game's fault most of the time and not our computer specs, it seems that the problem existed a long time ago, they haven't figured it out yet because the problem caused is way before, and its too deep to dig it up...
its like playing jenga, and there's a missing piece just between the middle and bottom part of the block tower, they can't go there not until they pull apart all the blocks from top to bottom, thus, they agreed to just ignore this issue...
That's why whenever you're playing Dragon Nest, it eats up a lot of RAM the longer you are playing the game.

It's not the game's fault, but rather the ones who built the game, for not maintaining it. And because we can't do anything about its code and the devs just won't lift their finger whatever their reasons are, we have to make up for with it by beefing up our rigs.

The purpose of virtual memory, at the very least, is to prevent being a loader as when people alt tab from their game is the moment when DN memory is cached to disk, then when it loads, DN will be transferred to RAM again, while loading the resources, adding up to more loading time.
