Hello, im here just want to share screenshoot someone stealing other people item that arleady dealed and payed , and raise the awareness be aware of this type of people, please be more careful with ur trade

note : im not the victim, either i was friend of the victim , im not friend with the seller either, im doing this for people know what this guy doing, and for the seller and the buyer know where the costume they ady dealed and paid gone too, this deal happening around 18/05/2018 18.00 - 19 : 00.
im not doing this for famous too, im doing it cause what this guy doing totally wrong, and either we want become victim cause a person like this, without sense and respect to other people.

i do feel the struggle of forcing yourself to tell something you really want in english... i do...

i dont get how it is "snipe" on the title, i was thinking more like it was the sniper class... but i do get the feeling that someone bought the conversion pouch for 200k which should be the total price is 300kg? am i right? so it means, someone was literally waiting for someone to put it on TH, then snipe it off from people by buying it at a cheaper price.

i dunno why u people intend to sell those conversion pouches for 300kg when you can easily get them?

On the first time it was released I bought 2 stacks ( 20 pcs ) at th got a conversion helm there....and 2nd time it was released I bought 1 stack and got a conversion shoes there...sold them both hahaha

thats from someone who got 2 conversion pouches for just 3 stacks of conversion treasure boxes, not sure if its just luck, but anyway, i don't really mind the prices for the conversion pouches since i dont even have the funds and could not afford atleast epic costumes.

You cannot easily get the pouch. Those situations you describe are of luck.

Personally I opened 300+ boxes to not get any part at all.

It really depends on how the rng will bless you....its basically playing casino and you're gambling for it.You can either get very lucky or not. Such is how the microtransactions works on f2p games xD

This snipe action can consider a scam? You gain profit by fooling other ppl and make them suffer.
Too bad, there is no way to prevent this happen. The only possible way is doing the trade at 2-4am when there is no sniper around.

I had seen so many pouches laying around the TH at 200kg, I could just buy it since it is legally auctioned in the TH. You cannot say that the "sniper" is wrong either because they are obviously didnt know that there is a transaction ongoing on the said pouch.

Although most of them is glove pouch, i had also seen some top/upper for about 5x times for last few days. Never saw helmet and shoes lol

the only problem with these "sniping" is that you don't actually get the intended selling price points for the conversion pouches since someone already purchased your pouch, and then the deal is off for you and the buyer since someone already snagged it from TH...

Well you can't call it a scam since it is legally traded on the Trading House, where everything there is legal... except the painful part of being taxed like your own local government does to you...
anyway, if gifting these said pouches individually without the need of making the purchase to the buyer, and then the buy would give you the gold and you gift the conversion pouch then it wouldn't be a problem... but its not possible, that i hope do change in the near future.

This matter does not affect the likes of me since i am a noob... but we do appreciate the effort of taking actions and posting it here so others would know about this matter at hand.

You could spend 300k gold buying Conversion boxes and get nothing out of it.
That's why some prefer to not gamble and get the item itself but these snipers ruins it for them.

Same goes for casuals who wants Hector Gears, I know some rather spend 100k points per piece rather than gambling on the 4k points/box.

1/ Open conversion box yourself is not always an option. The rate to get any conversion part is not that high. There are many ppl who get nothing after open 200 box. If you do the math, 200 box now is like 400 kg. Many people consider buying the part itself is cheaper than open conversion box, especially for those don't like gamble.
2/ Get one conversion part is hard, get the right part you need is even harder. For example, you already have upper, bottom, gloves and shoes, and only lack helm. In this case, better you just buy rather than open yourself.
3/ Refund the buyer 100k is not really an option either. In seller view, you don't know if the item really get snipe or the buyer indeed buy it and pretend get snipe.

i agree on your 3rd statement, but the 1st is subjective, 2nd i objective because if you do have that same part when you open up the conversion treasure box... it really is sad considering it is literally difficult to sell off those conversion pouches and to find a buyer is rare.

We cannot really rely on ED to change how these conversion pouches work, but since many are purchasing these conversion treasure boxes because of the eye gacha event, i suppose we could expect an overflow of conversion boxes soon enough, but i doubt the prices would go low to 200kg...

Just curious, are conversion pouches can only be transferred to other players thru TH. if so should blame ED, the 200kg limit is already outdated they don't bother to update it.

yeah, the only way to sell it only through TH , yeah they should increase the limit how much people can sell on TH, if not, this problem will nver happen

well this problem happened from the start that they first featured the conversion costumes as by parts and not as a whole.

for example, if it werent by part, and you can exactly get a "conversion pouch" which automatically converts any part or overall costume you have to unique, then this wouldn't happen, and also, if people weren't overpricing for these so called conversion pouches, this also wouldn't happen, 200kg isn't enough for 1 part even though a player got it the first try they open it, he instantly gets tons of gold if by any chance someone would buy it from that player? i think that's what literally you could call luck, but exceeding the price points at a point where TH only has a maximum of 200kg selling price point limit, and people still want to exceed more than that, i don't even know anymore.

and since i am a noob, i don't know what i am talking about, so this i just my opinion as a noob, not an opinion as someone who knows how the prices goes for these luxurious items.

Discussions referring to reputations and character are sensitive in such way, it will be tagged to a person, for that community, for the rest of his/her life. Regardless if it is true or not.

the way he did the purchase of items was not illegal, but how he did it because of his greed shows how desperate a person is to even just "tarnish" his reputation as you may people say.

i disagree that his name should be masked for the sake of other members and other people who would know jovion, if there is a solid basis about this situation, then it is not accusation but rather a warning to all those who knows about jovion, we would never know if he really was the one who did it or someone else was using his discord account to pull a prank and leave a mark on his reputation, trust and loyalty from any of his friends, or close gaming friends ingame both discord and DN.

but, base on the screenshots, i can guess it might be the real person who owns the discord account, which is called jovion.

nvLite was right about having to mask or censor someone's name on a screenshot regarding a scam report, even if it is the suspect, doesn't mean you need to shamefully spread out his bad intentions especially if this would reveal his true identity to a public place that could ruin his life, even if we say his acts was shameful and despicable, never ever destroy someone's life, if you were to do this, you are worst than his shameful acts, because this is just a small taint of coffee stain than what you are going to do with his real life reputation and career once you do what i have just said before this statement, in this case, he is doing it on purpose and acting cocky, so i do think this person deserves it, this does not even show his real identity i hope so? so maybe this is just right

Even if i know these so called sniping tricks, i wouldn't even bother doing this out of having a cheaper tradeoff since this would make others suffer and especially the seller will have a negative impact onto the buyer if he/she provided the trade warranty.

and even it's out of budget what he could buy dont steal what other people pay half,

even ED can't punish him, technically he didn't violate any in game law. the blame should be put on ED, TH 200kg limit has been outdated for years and do nothing about it.

ED should just adjust Gold limit a character can hold in it`s inventory. Make Inventory, Storage and Guild storage Gold limit to at least 500k to 800kg. Along with that allow us to sell items on TH for as high as 500kg ( I think no item would costs that high but you get the point). Personally, its troublesome to scatter you golds across your characters due to the cap limit. Well, this is a suggestion and like everyone else here is aware, devs dont read suggestion so nvm.

Some 95L jades would go higher than that but people generally don't sell them, only trading them to other 95L jades that they need.

We do have. L jade cost at least 700kg now. FD L jade can reach as high as 2m gold. FYI

Gold limit is increased in future iirc, which may allow transaction of higher gold value. Other than that, no alternative. The tips provided here may help.
