I doubt the event can clear the whole tiers with this kind of rewards. Better change these controversial tier rewards to:
Tier 3: (as for this tier, I can't really think of any deserving rewards for this tier, the alpacas are good for collectors but dunno..)
Tier 8 & 9: (If it is MAGIC grade, not RARE with the same stats to those of Nabob then ED must be high) Just make those costumes rare..
Tier 10: Growth Spirit / RDN cash rings
Tier 11: FD mount
Tier 12: Epic Weapon Costume x2
