Since Vahr (owner of Divinitor blog) is supposedly busy with his real life schedule, I took the liberty of translating the upcoming skill changes ahead of him. There are some minor details regarding Artillery's Magical Breeze and Sniper's Awakened Siege Stance (Aim), but they are just tool tip or bug fix.
The changes for PVP are similar to PVE (and by that, I mean even the numbers are exactly the same. ED is getting a bit too lazy with their editing...)
